Mad Color Collective ships globally from Brooklyn, NY


Shipping costs are calculated by weight. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. A tracking number will be sent to the provided email upon shipping. All domestic orders that total $350 or more are eligible for free ground shipping.

For orders going outside of the US, all taxes and fees incurred upon import are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Mad Color Collective will accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unsealed, and in its original packaging. Please include original packing slip with return. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return. 

For international returns, it is the customer's responsibility to properly declare items in shipment. Mad Color Collective is not responsible for any fees incurred due to improper declarations.

Mad Color Collective is not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. Please contact your shipping provider to file a claim on lost or stolen packages.

Please double check shipping address, as Mad Color Collective will not assume responsibility for packages lost due to incorrect input. If your SHIP TO address was entered incorrectly, please contact Mad Color Collective immediately. 


If an item arrives damaged, please email photos of damaged merchandise and packaging to within 48 hrs of receipt. 

Unfortunately we can not accept returns or exchanges on smokeware, home fragrances, or gift cards. All sale items are final. 


Unfortunately due to IATA restrictions regarding safety matches/matchboxes can not be shipped outside of the USA or Canada. 

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
